Our office is located on the fourth floor of the historic "Green Bank Building" in the Ohio City neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. The building and office suite are wheelchair accessible.

The entrance to the building is on Lorain Ave. Please use the call box (dial 7659) to be let in. Take the elevator to the fourth floor and follow the hallway until you reach Suite 407. Once inside, please use the iPad to check in for your appointment. Your clinician will come to the waiting room to get you.

We also offer telehealth/virtual appointments for clients residing in the state of Ohio.

Free off-street parking is available directly behind the building (entrance off Lorain Ave) or in the larger adjacent lot (entrance off Fulton Ave).
