Our office is located on the third floor of the historic "Green Bank Building" in the Ohio City neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. The building and office suite are wheelchair accessible.

Once you arrive at the building, please walk to the building entrance on Lorain Ave. Please use the call box (dial 7659) to be let in. Take the elevator to the third floor and follow the hallway until you reach Suite 300. Please take a seat in the waiting room until you are called.

We also offer telehealth/virtual appointments for clients residing in the state of Ohio.

Free off-street parking is available directly behind the building (entrance off Lorain Ave) or in the larger adjacent lot (entrance off Fulton Ave).
