    We Are All Relational

    About Us

Cleveland Sex & Intimacy Counseling began in 2020 out of years of training and interest in sexuality, relationships, intimacy, and identities. We pride ourselves in addressing these areas through a sex-positive and intersectional approach. We recognize that all relationships affect people and all types of intimacy (including intimacy with yourself) are important to cultivate. We provide individual, partner, and family sessions. We also offer intensive 4-hour sessions for couples tight on time or who need to tackle larger relational issues.

We are LGBTQ+ affirming and kink & poly informed.

We believe in social justice and fighting for equity.

    Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

COVID - 19 Office Safety Precautions

We are currently taking the following precautions to protect our patients and help slow the spread of COVID-19.

    • Office seating in the waiting room and therapy/testing rooms has been arranged for appropriate physical distancing.
    • Masks are required for unvaccinated clients or at the clinician's discretion. If you would prefer wearing masks, we ask that you move your appointment to telehealth as masks can interfere with the therapeutic process.
    • Staff maintains safe distancing.
    • Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands.
    • Hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol is available in the therapy/testing rooms, the waiting room, and at the reception counter.
    • Appointments are scheduled at specific intervals to minimize the number of people in the waiting room.
    • We ask all patients to wait in their cars or outside until no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment times.
    • Credit card pads, pens, and other areas/items that are commonly touched are thoroughly sanitized after each use.
    • Physical contact is not permitted.
    • Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed of frequently.
    • Common areas are thoroughly disinfected at the end of each day.
